How can i lose 20 pounds in 2 months?

You need to look up the minimum calorie requirement for you body (I think its known as the RMR) and eat around that. Eat healthy, non-processed food and exercise everyday if you can-weights and cardio. Its a slow process and one that isn't super fun but if you want to do it the healthy way thats what you gotta do. Also, work on portion control and fulfilling your life (and releasing stress) through other ways besides food.

I agree with Cali, it's BMR that she was referring to.

It's really super important to record the calorie content of everything that's going into your body so that you don't exceed your BMR. You need to calorie count because you'll be surprised how much they creep up on you!

I find the best way to keep everything under control is to plan what im going to eat for the next day, the night before and stick to that.

Lastly, SLEEP makes such a massive difference to your appetite. If you get lots of sleep, exercise and drink loads of water you won't feel hungry as often and will have so much energy Smile

I cannot stress more the importance of sleep. Honestly. Sleeping 8+ hours a night helped me lose so much weight. And its just plain lovely.

it's really good to sleep enought, that's right. but it's also important to sleep well. when you're too tired or hungry or stressed and you can't sleep well even 12 hours of sleep won't help. i'm kinda nervous person so i try some meditation before going to bed, sometimes i go for a walk, sometimes listen to calm music. and like Cali i sleep at least 8 hours

@kira I couldn't agree more. Quality sleep is essential. I meditate too, get plenty of exercise (to tire me out) and drink tea, tea, tea. All of these things help for deep, peaceful sleep.
